• Manage multiple community projects based on community needs assessment:
- Construct fruit tree nursery for 600 citrus and peach trees with homemade drip irrigation system.
- Build 22 brick wood-fired ovens for women; educate group on oven usage and maintenance, healthy nutrition habits, organize workshop to train 5 community members to build ovens.
-Plant 2500 trees in the community with two men's agriculture groups.
- Promote sustainable agricultural practices with two men's agriculture groups through weekly presentations and planting fields of green manures for cover crops and nitrogen fixation.
• Receive funding through grant proposals; monitor budget, coordinate logistics of materials.
